1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account with 11kfb, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false details will be terminated and any winnings will be forfeited. Only one account per user is permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.

A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Identity confirmation is mandatory, especially before processing large withdrawals.

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5 Betting Rules

Certain basic rules apply when placing bets on 11kfb. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though a cash-out option may be available in some cases. If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

Odds may change during live betting, and bets may be rejected due to internet connection delays. 11kfb reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error.

• The minimum bet amount may vary for each event.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or fraudulent activity will be voided.

• If one leg of a parlay bet is cancelled, it will revert to a single bet.

6 Responsible Betting
